In order to achieve a great powder coating finish, the most important first step is to prepare, or pre-treat, the parts. We ensure that surfaces to be coated are clean and free of grease, dust, oils, rust and other contaminants, and we chose the right chemical or mechanical cleaning/blasting pre-treatment process for the part and it's desired application.

Paint (and plating) is another excellent option- especially for applications that require a thin finish. Paint offers a broad range of colors and can also be used to coat objects that can’t be heated.
